Iglesia Pentecostal El Lirio de Los Valles

It is of great honor for me write to you a little about my life as a Missionary.

Let me begin with mentioning a verse in the Holy Scriptures in Psalms 100:5, For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations. My name is Jerrickson Ajex Palvannan. I was born as the first child of missionaries Rev. Ajex Palvannan & Mrs. Vijayarani Ajex. My parents, have been full-time missionaries for more than 35 years, serving the Lord among the unreached tribal people in the land of India.

Born to missionary parents and having been brought up in the mission field, God has put in my heart a passion for the lost souls. I spent my childhood in the jungles of Tamil Nadu, a state in the Southern part of India. Right from my childhood years, I have experienced the faithfulness of that Lord that continues through all generations. During the course of the next few months, I would love to share with you my experiences as a son of missionaries and as well as a missionary dedicated to preach the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ and also how God has been good throughout my life and how his plans for beautifully enfolds in our lives in its perfect time. (Ecclesiastes 3:11)

Being the first born to missionary parents, the desire to serve God and His people has always been part of my life. I remember going out to evangelize with my parents even at a very young age. Growing up in the dense jungles of Southern India, I still remember the pain and the suffering young children and adults alike go through every day with lack of food, clothing and medicine. Having experienced such pain and the suffering with lack of food, money and other necessities of life, living in the jungle with the tribal people, eating the food that they eat and living their lifestyle, my missionary parents taught my sister and me a valuable lesson- to live a life of faith- a lesson I will never forget; a lesson that still helps me live my daily life having faith on the creator and the sustainer of the universe. As the scripture mentions in Isaiah 40:11, He will feed His flock like a shepherd: He will gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and gently lead those who are with young.
